These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobaz.org website ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

Jobaz.org is a service that provides a platform for job seekers to search for employment opportunities and for employers to post job listings. The service is owned and operated by Kianna Shanahan.
By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Jobaz.org is an online job board that:
- Allows job seekers to search and view job listings.
- Allows employers to post job opportunities.
- May allow users to create profiles, submit applications, and upload resumes.
We act as a venue and do not guarantee that users will find jobs or candidates. We are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and job seekers.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Information: When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Site, including your profile, resume, and any messages. You agree not to post content that is:
- False, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Defamatory, obscene, or harassing.
- Containing viruses or malicious code.
4. Job Seeker and Employer Conduct
Job Seekers: You agree to use job listings only for legitimate job-seeking purposes. You will not apply for jobs for which you are not qualified or use information from the Site to spam employers.
Employers: You agree to post accurate and non-misleading job listings. You will not post jobs that require upfront payments from applicants, are for pyramid schemes, or are otherwise illegal. You are responsible for complying with all applicable employment laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jobaz.org or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. JOBAZ.ORG MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE'S OPERATION OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS ON IT. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, JOBAZ.ORG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
JOBAZ.ORG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, OR ISSUES ARISING FROM JOB APPLICATIONS OR HIRING.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobaz.org, its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
